Empower Leaders
By equipping local leaders to engage in the challenges that people face when starting a business, Work for Life seeks to empower both mentor and student to be change makers in their families, communities and countries.
Equip Leaders
Through the Work for Life Entrepreneur Develop Program we are raising up this generation to become active entrepreneurs. We have developed a cross-cultural curriculum that is focused on equipping people to start business to provide for themselves and the people around them.
Engage Poverty
It will take a community of impassioned business leaders, community activists, and trained entrepreneurs to reduce the effects of poverty. This happens when we unite together and engage our time, talents, and treasure in the war on poverty.Empower Leaders
Change starts from within. When we look across the world we see issues from hunger and malnutrition to war and refugees. People lack quality health care, water, education and so many many basic privileges.
These problems exist because poverty exists. In order to accomplish our mission of ending poverty, we empower local leaders to become future change makers. A generation of entrepreneurs must be equipped to create opportunities for themselves and their families.
Equip People
We focus equipping people who are daily confronted with the challenges of providing a livable wage and supporting their families. Since 2009, we have equipped people around the world with practical business training.
Over the years we have developed our Entrepreneur Development Program and it is through this program that see radical change in the lives of people. Our 20 session equipping program walks with people through the obstacles of starting, growing and managing a business. Poverty has reached every corner and our response has to be the same.
Engage Poverty
Our program engages poverty head on. We walk alongside the farmer who just planted their first crop. The manufacturer who just made their first product. The IT guy who just sold his first service. Poverty is a daily battle and our engagement must follow.
Our model leverages mentorship to help people on the ground start their first business while we also develop those who are on their 5th business. Through this we are able to build new business leaders not only financially but also through ethical business practices.
